Q. How to start the process of commissioning a personal montage.

A. Once the release waiver and deposit are received, the first and most important part of this process is sending me your photographs.

Q. How much time do you need to complete a montage?

A. Once I've received all the pertinent photo files from you, allow (with regards to scheduling) 2 to 4 weeks. This will be discussed in our conversations to factor in any relevant information at that time.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Q. What kind of images can be part of my montage?

A. Any photographic format can be used. Black & White or Sepia or Colour prints, and Digital files such as JPG, PNG or TIFF.

Q. I have a really old photo that has been damaged over time. Can it still be used in my montage?

A. Likely yes, as I can repair and retouch damaged photos. The extent of the damage can be discussed and evaluated during our conversations.

Q. Once I've decided on the photos I want, how do I send them to you?

A. If your photos are already in Digital format, I will provide you with uploading information.

Q. If I have Print photos do I need to create Digital copies?

A. Yes, printed images will need to be scanned and converted to digital files for the work process.

Q. What if I don't know how to create Digital files, or I don't have a computer, or I'm not comfortable working with computers and scanners? What do I do? 

A. If there is a challenge for you in creating these files I can help. We can discuss the best way to accomplish this important step during preparatory conversations. 

Q. What can I expect from you for a finished product?

A. I supply my clients with a High Resolution Print Ready file of the completed montage. They now can utilize this file for their personal use.

Q. Can I contact you by text or phone?

A. Email is my preferred choice of communications. If our email conversation is not sufficient and a deeper conversation is required, then call or text arrangements can be made. Also with an accepted commission, clients are supplied with a contact number.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This product requires a completed Release Waiver prior to commencement.
This is a legal requirement due to the use of photographs. 
Firstly, I must have signed permission for their use.

Secondly, when clients choose this option, I would need signed permission for posting completed montages in my online gallery and for my display work.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of this product and process, prior to commencement of commissioned work, if there is an issue that prevents work from starting, then the deposit is Fully Refundable. 
Once the project begins the deposit becomes Non-Refundable.

In addition to this, the design and work process will require a certain amount of communication with clients before the project has reached the final stage. If the client is not satisfied with the outcome and decides not to finalize the purchase, then no invoice for the balance owing will be issued.


However, as work was completed, the deposit will be kept and no high resolution file will be sent.
